No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime,
unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising
in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time
of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to
be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal
case to be a witness against himself,
nor be deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be
taken for public use, without just compensation.
ARTICLE III.
Section 1:
Judicial powers, Tenure, Compensation.
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court,
and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and
establish.
The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their
Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their
Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance
in Office.
Section 2:
Judicial power; to what cases it extends.
Original jurisdiction of Supreme Court; appellate jurisdiction.
Trial by jury, etc. Trial, where.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising
under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or
which shall be made, under their Authority; -- to all Cases affecting
Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls; -- to all Cases of admiralty
and maritime jurisdiction; -- to Controversies to which the United States shall
be a Party; -- to Controversies between two or more States;-between a State and
Citizens of another State; -- between Citizens of different States; -- between
Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and
between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or
Subjects. (This section is modified by Amendment XI.)
Section
2:
President to be Commander-in-Chief.
He may require opinions of cabinet officers, etc., may pardon.
Treaty-making power. Nomination of certain officers.
When President may fill vacancies.

He shall have Power,
by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two
thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with
the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public
Ministers and Consuls,
Judges of the supreme
Court, and
all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein
otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress
may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper,
in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
We really have a problem! The Supreme Count of the United States of America is now an activist−runaway court. The laws of our founding fathers are being cast aside, in order to satisfy big money commercialism. If the land developers−land grabbers want to develop any property now, all they have to do is seize it. Has this happened before? Yes!
And it happened after these things, Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard in Jezreel, near the palace of Ahab the king of Samaria.
And
Ahab spoke to Naboth, saying, Give me your vineyard, and it shall be a garden of
green herbs for me, for it is near my house. And I will give to you in its place
a better vineyard than it. If it is good in your eyes, I will give silver to
you, the price of this one.
And Naboth said to Ahab, Far be it from me, by Yahweh, that I should give
the inheritance of my fathers to you.
And Ahab came into his house sullen and angry over the word which Naboth
the Jezreelite had spoken. For he had said, I will not give the inheritance of
my fathers to you. And he lay on his bed and turned away his face, and would not
eat food.
And his wife Jezebel came in to him, and said to him, Why is your spirit
sullen that you are not eating food?
And he said to her, Because I spoke to Naboth the Jezreelite and said to
him, Give me your vineyard for silver, or if you desire, I will give you a
vineyard in its place. And he said, I will not give you my vineyard.
And his wife Jezebel said to him,
Do you now rule over
Israel? Rise
up, eat food and let your heart be good.
I will give you the vineyard of Naboth
the Jezreelite.
And she wrote letters
in the name of Ahab, and sealed with his seal, and sent the letters to the
elders and to the nobles of his city, dwelling with Naboth.
And she wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth at
the head of the people.
And set two men, sons of worthlessness, across from him; and they shall
testify of him, saying, You have cursed Elohim and the king. And they shall
bring him out and stone him; and he shall die.
And the men of his city, the elders and the nobles who lived in his city,
did as Jezebel had sent to them, as was written in the letters that she sent to
them.
They proclaimed a fast, and made Naboth to sit at the head of the people.
And two men, sons of worthlessness, came in and sat across from him.
And the men of
worthlessness
testified of him before the people, even Naboth, saying, Naboth has cursed
Elohim and the king. And they took him out to the outside of the city, and
stoned him with stones. And he died.
And they sent to Jezebel, saying, Naboth has been stoned and is dead.
And it happened when Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned, and was
dead, Jezebel said to Ahab, Rise up, take possession of the vineyard of Naboth
the Jezreelite, that he refused to give to you for silver. For Naboth is not
alive, but dead.
And it happened, when Ahab heard that Naboth was dead,
Ahab rose to go down to the vineyard of
Naboth the Jezreelite, to take possession of it.

Now, I ask you! Is this story taken from the Bible any different then what recently happened at the Supreme Court? No! Absolutely Not!!!! Are the Justices who voted for seizing land any different than King Ahab? Jezebel? The two worthless witnesses? NO!!! NO!!! A thousand times NO!
The Supreme Court has now become as Ahab and Jezebel, (coupled with worthless witnesses). They are now guilty of supplying the means to take anyone's property, any time, under the auspices of development necessities. Anytime a State or City, needs revenue, all they have to do is take our land for the good of the State or City. Then they will allow these land seizing developers financial opportunity to turn our land/lands into a Mall, Condo, Recreation Center, or anything that will bring money to these land thieves! This reeks of the Communist Socialism ideologue. Everything is for the good of the State−Government!
And the land shall not be sold in perpetuity; for the land is Mine; for you are aliens and tenants with Me. Leviticus 25:23
Lev_25:23 contains the general rule, “the land shall not be sold לצמיתת” (lit., to annihilation), i.e., so as to vanish away from, or be for ever lost to, the seller. For “the land belongs to Yahweh:” the Israelites, to whom He would give it (Lev 25:2), were not actual owners or full possessors, so that they could do what they pleased with it, but “strangers and sojourners with Yahweh” (K&D Commentary on Leviticus 25)
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law
respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise
thereof; or
abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of
grievances.
Another ridiculous decision was arrived at concerning the displaying of the Ten Commandments in public places. (Places that house the governmental functions of our country in particular.) If this trend continues it will not be long before all of our rights are eroded away. The framers of the Constitution were cognizant of judicial and government tyranny in their original countries. These dedicated individuals were determined to change these overbearing evils in this new free land. In order to avoid these same occurrences, the language of the Constitution was carefully crafted/constructed to reflect the possibility of tyrannical government. They instituted a checks and balances system into the Constitution and the other documents that were designed to govern our country.
For instance! The President of the United States can make/nominate judicial appointees which can then be vetted by Congress to ensure judicial capabilities. These are passed through a Senate Judiciary Committee. Upon approval these nominees are then taken to the Senate floor for a majority up or down vote. If passed, they are then seated in their particular judicial assignment.
Now something happens that is very strange and irregular, these judicial appointments begin to make decisions based on their own opinions of how things should or could be! These appointed judges also reach beyond the Constitution and the laws of this land, and some even seek to rule from laws foreign to our country! Did the framers of the Constitution ever intend to incorporate every law known to man to make judicial decisions from? NO!!!
Also, these judicial activists now expect the citizens of the United States of America to abide in their decisions, their laws, but; they do not even abide in the laws they are supposed to decide from! They reject the Constitution as the official document upon which their decisions should be based on! Hypocrites? To the MAX! Do as I tell you becomes the final decision! Where is the checks and balances in this type of system?
Does Congress have any powers to stop these runaway Judges? You would certainly hope so! Appointed by a succession of events, that somehow places them above and beyond the law? Now they are above the President who placed their names up for nomination! Above and beyond the Congress that vetted them and then voted to install them in these untouchable positions? HELP!!! We are in serious trouble!

Are they changing laws? Are they speaking against the Most High? Yes! The decisions reached on Sodomy, land seizure, the Ten Commandment displays all are in opposition to the Most High Yahweh! Even though the Ten Commandments can be displayed under certain conditions, how long is it going to be before this is also changed? The ACLU, the Atheists, the Communists/Socialists are always working to change this country into a Government controlled slave-state!
And was given to it to give a
spirit to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even
speak, and might cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be
killed.
And the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the freemen
and the slaves, it causes that they give to them all a mark on their right hand,
or on their foreheads,
even that not any could buy or sell, except the one having the mark, or
the name of the beast, or the number of its name.
Here is wisdom: Let the one having reason count the number of the beast,
for it is the number of a man and its number is six hundred and sixty six.
