You shall keep far away from a false matter. And do not kill the innocent and the righteous; for I will not justify the wicked.  Exodus 23:7

Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you build the tombs of the prophets, and adorn the tombs of the righteous.
And you say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
So you witness to yourselves that you are the sons of those who murdered the prophets.
And you fill up the measure of your fathers.
Serpents! Offspring of vipers! How shall you escape the judgment of Gehenna?
 Because of this, behold, I send to you prophets and wise ones and scribes. And some of them you will kill and impale, and some of them you will flog in your synagogues and will persecute from city to city;
so that should come on you all the righteous blood poured out on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Berechiah whom you murdered between the Holy Place and the altar.
Truly I say to you, All these things will come on this generation.
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one killing the prophets and stoning those sent to her. How often I desired to gather your children in the way a bird gathers her chicks under her wings! And you did not desire it.
Behold, "your house is left to you desolate." Jer. 22:5
For I say to you, In no way shall you see Me from now on, until you say, "Blessed is He who comes in the name of Yahweh." Psa. 118:26   Matthew 23:29-39

The always intense Messiah, Yahshua, used His verbal skills and knowledge to penetrate the minds of His adversaries.  Understanding the source of their animosity, Yahshua always went to the focal point of the matter.  The scribes and Pharisees of Yahshua's time, were mentally coupled to His arch enemy, Satan.  Satan was a murderer from the beginning (John 8:44).  The death sentence was pronounced upon Adam and Eve because they listened to another voice and violated Yahweh's commandments.  Following their imposed exile from Gan Eden, violence appeared to them in the death of their son Abel.  Abel was murdered by Cain.  The influence of Satan was obvious in this heinous crime.  Violence continues to stalk the earth in one form or another down to our time.

You would not like to think that some of the Priests ministering in the Temple were evil, but their actions revealed their sinful behavior.  Their intentions should have been pure, and above reproach.  However, as recorded in various passages, they were described as just the opposite.

Yahshua answered them and said, My doctrine is not Mine, but of the One who sent Me.
If anyone desires to do His will, he will know concerning the doctrine, whether it is of Yahweh, or I speak from Myself.
The one speaking from himself seeks his own glory. But the one seeking the glory of the One who sent Him, this One is true, and unrighteousness is not in Him.
Has not Moses given you the Law, and not one of you does the Law? Why do you lust to kill Me?  John 7:16-19

Yes!  Why did they desire to kill Him?  Yahshua said they were not doing the law of Moses, could that be a reason?  Did this statement convict them?

"But now, you* seek to kill Me-a Man who has spoken to you* the truth which I heard from Yahweh-this Abraham did not do.  John 8:40

Yahshua the Messiah always spoke the truth.  He told His generation the exact will of His Father Yahweh.  For this, he became the enemy of many in His time.

They who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head; they who would destroy me are mighty, my lying enemies; then I give back what I did not take away.  Psalm 69:4

The surfeit of innocent blood curses the Nations today.  The murder of unborn innocents is above and beyond comprehension.  How can Doctors, Health Care Practitioners, Midwives or anyone involved with pregnant or lactating women, be murderers of innocent children?  Do you really think this will go unnoticed by the Higher Powers in the heavens?  Will Almighty YAhweh always hold His peace on this dreadful evil?

Righteousness exalteth a nation; But sin is a reproach to any people.  Proverbs 14:34

Cursed be he who takes a bribe to kill an innocent person. All the people shall say, Amen.  Deuteronomy 27:25

Then Judas, who betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
saying, I have sinned in that I betrayed innocent blood. But they said, What is that to us? see you to it.
And he cast down the pieces of silver into the sanctuary, and departed; and he went away and hanged himself.  Matthew 27:3-5

The Savior of the world was a just and innocent man.  There was found no fault in Him.  Judas Iscariot acknowledges this prior to his own shameful death by suicide.   The innoocent blood will be avenged by Almighty Yahweh at some point in time.  Why not right away?  "Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked? says the Sovereign Yahweh; and not rather that he should return from his way, and live?" (Ezekiel 18:23  He also can restore life at any given time, because He holds the keys to life and death!

Did you ever wonder why Almighty Yahweh uses blood to punish the wicked?

And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:
 and he said, When you do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the birth-stool;
if it be a son, then ye shall kill him; but if it be a daughter, then she shall live.
But the midwives feared Elohim, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men-children alive.
And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have you done this thing, and have saved the men-children alive?
And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered before the midwife come unto them.
And Elohim dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.
And it came to pass, because the midwives feared Elohim, that he made them households.
And Pharaoh charged all his people, saying,
Every son that is born ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive.  Exodus 1:15-22

So says Yahweh, By this you shall know that I am Yahweh: Behold, I am about to strike the water in the river with the staff in My hand, and it shall be turned to blood.
And the fish in the river will die, and the river will stink, and the Egyptians will become weary of drinking water from the river.
And Yahweh said to Moses, Say to Aaron, Take your staff, and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over the rivers, over their canals, and over their pools, and over every body of their waters, so that they may become blood. And blood shall be in all the land of Egypt, both in wooden and in stone vessels.
And Moses and Aaron did so, as Yahweh had commanded. And he lifted up the staff and struck the water which was in the river before Pharaoh's eyes, and before his servants' eyes. And all the water in the river turned to blood.
And the fish in the river died, and the river stunk. And the Egyptians were not able to drink water from the Nile. And the blood was in all the land of Egypt.  Exodus 7:17-21

And the second angel poured out his bowl onto the sea. And it became blood, as of a dead one, and every soul of life died in the sea.
And the third angel poured out his bowl onto the rivers, and onto the springs of the waters; and it became blood.
And I heard the angel of the waters saying, You are righteous, Yahweh, the One who is, and who was, and who will be, because You judged these things,
since they poured out the blood of the saints and of the prophets; and You gave blood to them to drink, for they were deserving.
 Revelation 16:3-6

Rejoice over her, Heaven, and the holy apostles, and the prophets, because Yahweh judged your judgment on her.
And one strong angel lifted a stone like a great millstone, and threw it into the sea, saying, This way, on a violent impulse, Babylon the great city will be thrown down, and it will never more still be found.
And the sound of harpers, and of musicians, and flutists, and of trumpeters will not still be heard in you, never! And every craftsman of every craft will not still be found in you, never! And the sound of a mill will not still be heard in you, never!
And the light of a lamp will not still shine in you, never! And the voice of the bridegroom and bride will not be heard in you, never! For your merchants were the great ones of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were led astray.
And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all the ones having been slain on the earth.  Revelation 18:20-24

And when He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those having been slain for the Word of Yahweh, and for the witness which they had.
And they cried with a great voice, saying, Until when, holy and true Master, do You not judge and take vengeance for our blood, from those dwelling on the earth?  Revelation 6:9-10

Yes, there comes a time when the blood of the Saints will be required.  The wrath of Almighty Yahweh will be unparalleled.  The earth will see and feel His wrath.  The demons believe and tremble, because they know from previous experience, Almighty Yahweh is not one to anger!  Why do we as puny human beings think we are so great?  Why do some feel as though they could defeat the Most High?  Because they only see Him in human characteristics.  They think He is only like them, weak and frail.  The technology and weapons of this era will defeat any attack albeit foreign, domestic, or even extra terrestrial, so they think!  Do you believe this?

Yahweh sat as King at the Flood; Yes, Yahweh sits as King for ever.  Psalm 29:10

Yours in Yahshua, Hawke
